Conference ticket

Heading to a conference in Aarhus? Your conference ticket includes bus transportation to and from the airport, and unlimited bus travel within Aarhus during the conference.

• The ticket is valid only for travel to and from Aarhus Airport and Billund Airport, as well as on Aarhus city buses (the yellow buses), regional bus routes in Aarhus (the blue buses) and the Letbane.
• During inspection, the ticket will be shown under 'My tickets' in the Rejsebillet app.
• The ticket is only available in the Rejsebillet app.
• Adults and senior citizens can bring up to two children under 12 for free (children under 12 do not need to be added to the ticket)

• Select the date of the conference below and click on the link for the ticket.
• The link must be opened from a phone that has the Rejsebillet app installed.
• If you don’t already have the Rejsebillet app, download it and create an account (see the guide below)

The Rejsebillet app is a nationwide app where you can purchase tickets for buses, the Letbane, and trains across regions.

• Download Rejsebillet from App Store or Google Play

Once you have downloaded Rejsebillet, click 'enter your phone number to begin.'

• Enter your phone number + country code
• Press 'Send SMS'
• Enter the verification code, that you have received on SMS
• Click 'Continue' and turn push notifications on/off
• Enter your birthday (Click the month to scroll between years/months)
