Aarhus Airport buses - route 925X
Above you can search on scheduled departures. Not all flight numbers have their own dedicated bus departure. If your search does not produce a result, search on the date to see a complete list of departures on that day.
Remember to check regularly that the bus is running – the timetable can change up to 24 hours beforehand. The travel guarantee does not cover timetable changes that have been announced in advance.
Departure times from Aarhus Airport are approximate:
- Calls are made in the arrivals hall twice, 5 min. before departure and 3 min. before departure.
- The bus driver will call airport security to make sure that all passengers have passed through the arrivals area.
- Once all passengers have come through the arrivals area, the bus will not necessarily wait until the scheduled departure time.
The timetable is basically aligned with flight departure times and Aarhus Airport’s check-in times. Smaller flights are often serviced by bus together with larger flights, which can result in waiting time.
If flight times are changed, or if a flight is delayed, the bus departure times are changed accordingly, and if a flight is cancelled, the airport bus is likely to be cancelled as well.
Departure and arrival in Aarhus C takes place in the square Banegårdspladsen - next to the central station. Look for route number 925X.
From Aarhus Airport to Aarhus C: Boarding is only possible at Aarhus Airport. Note: Departure times are approximate.
From Aarhus C to Aarhus Airport: Stops for boarding only. It is not possible to get off the bus before Aarhus Airport.

The bus departure times are not planned until the flight departures and arrivals at Aarhus Airport have been decided. Therefore, bus departure times are only planned for the next 2-4 weeks. It is therefore not possible to search for a bus departure several months ahead.
The airport bus departure times are planned on the assumption that you have checked in online. It is your responsibility to decide whether the scheduled arrival time of the bus at the airport allows you enough time to comply with the requirements of the airline you are flying with, or whether you should take an earlier bus.

Luggage
If you are travelling with a lot of luggage or with special items of luggage, it is a good idea to take an earlier bus as check-in can take longer than normal.

Child safety seat
You must bring a child safety seat for your child, so they can be properly secured during the bus journey. There are four seats at the front of the bus with Isofix attachment points. The seats are marked with signs.
You can borrow a booster seat for your child from the driver.
