Flextrafik – Flextur, Flexbus and Plustur: Information about our specific processing of your personal data

When and how do we collect your information? As part of Midttrafik’s service Flextrafik – Flextur, Flexbus and Plustur – Midttrafik processes information on data subjects which is collected when customers either book their trips by telephone with Midttrafik (in the case of Flextur and Flexbus), via an app (in the case of Flextur) or online (in the case of Flextur, Flexbus and Plustur).
What type of information about you is processed? In connection with your use of Flextrafik – Flextur, Flexbus and Plustur – Midttrafik collects and processes information relating to your name, address, email address, telephone number, recordings of telephone calls (in the case of Flextur and Flexbus), payment information (in the case of Flextur and Plustur), travel history in the form of collection point and destination, CPR number, possible aids as well as health-related conditions.
What do we use the information for? The information is used in order to be able to perform the transport which has been booked. The purpose of recording telephone calls is to use the recordings to train employees and as documentation in the event of disputes.
What is the legal basis? The processing of the information and data is covered by the General Data Protection Regulation, including Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, and Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Midttrafik’s processing of customers’ CPR numbers is authorised under the provisions of Section 11(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act. Midttrafik’s processing of sensitive data about customers, for example whether they use aids which are related to a disability or other health information such as an illness is authorised under the provisions of Article 9(2)(f) and (g) of the General Data Protection Regulation, cf. Article 6(1)(c) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Are there other recipients of this information? Recipients of the information can include other public authorities, for example the police when reporting fraud etc., as well as Midttrafik’s chosen payment solution.
How long do we keep your information for? Your information is stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with Midttrafik’s duty to journalise information as well as for bookkeeping purposes.
