Rules for refunds
Commuters wanting to have their transit tickets refunded before they expire should note that a fee is charged, corresponding to the price for eight days of travel. If, for example, you want to have a transit ticket refunded which has 15 days left on it, you will be refunded the price for 15 days minus 8 days = 7 days.
If you ask to have your transit ticket refunded before its first day of validity, the price is refunded in full.
For refunds of transit tickets purchased using the Midttrafik app, please contact Midttrafik in writing.
‘Rejsekort Commuter pass’ and ‘Rejsekort with commuter area’ are refunded via rejsekort.dk.
