Flextur, plustur and flexbus
If you bring baggage, you must say so when booking to ensure there is space in the vehicle. Any baggage which you bring must not inconvenience other customers and fits within the available space. You may bring 2 pieces of baggage free of charge. If the baggage weighs more than 11 kg, you must be able to lift it in and out of the vehicle yourself.
If you book your trip via Rejseplanen, you can order a maximum of 1 piece of free baggage. If you wish to bring 2 pieces of free baggage, additional mobility aids, or pets in transport carriers, you must book your trip by phone. You can do this seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at +45 87 40 83 00 – press 2. The cost for extra baggage is the same as the price of the trip.
It is not permitted to bring loose oxygen tanks or flammable liquids on the trip, such as gas cylinders or petrol cans.

You must bring a child safety seat or booster seat for your child (under 135 cm) so they can be properly secured during the journey.
If you want to bring a pram or pushchair, you must indicate this when booking. It must be possible to fold the pram/pushchair.

It is not possible to bring a bicycle.
You can take a kick or electric scooter if it can be folded as normal baggage. The maximum dimensions for scooters are 30 x 60 x 100 cm. If the scooter cannot be folded it – like a bicycle – cannot be taken in the vehicle.
