Flextur (dial-a-ride trips)

You can pay for flextur with:

  • Cash or payment card on getting into the vehicle
  • A payment card registered at midttrafik.flextrafik.dk, in the Flextrafik app or at rejseplanen.flextrafik.dk
  • Monthly invoicing at midttrafik.flextrafik.dk, in the Flextrafik app or with telephone booking

When paying by cash, the driver has change up to the next DKK 100. If your trip costs DKK 42, for example, you can pay using a max. DKK 100 note, and the driver will be able to give you change. When paying by payment card in the car, you can pay with Visa Dankort and MasterCard.

You can register one of the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro Card and JCB.

For monthly invoicing, Midttrafik will send an invoice every month for all the trips you have made during the previous month where you have indicated this is how you wish to pay. If you are registered for monthly invoicing for flextur and handicapkørsel (disabled transport), the invoice includes both types of trips, but it does not distinguish between the two.

Plustur (dial-a-ride service)

You can pay for plustur with:

  • Cash or payment card on getting into the vehicle*
  • Midttrafik tickets**
  • A payment card registered at midttrafik.flextrafik.dk
  • Tickets from a different public transport system

When paying by cash, the driver has change up to the next DKK 100. If your trip costs DKK 42, for example, you can pay using a max. DKK 100 note, and the driver will be able to give you change. When paying by payment card in the car, you can pay with Visa Dankort and MasterCard.

You can register one of the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro Card and JCB.
It is your responsibility to say how you wish to pay for your trip at the time of booking.

*When paying by cash or with a payment card in the car, you will not be issued with a ticket. However, you can get a receipt. The receipt is not a ticket, and therefore you cannot use it for your onward journey.

**You cannot pay with Rejsekort (Rejsekort Personal/Rejsekort Flex/Rejsekort Anonymous or Rejsekort for disabled users).

Flexbus (dial-a-ride bus)

You can pay for flexbus with:

  • Cash or payment card on getting into the vehicle*
  • A payment card registered at midttrafik.flextrafik.dk
  • Midttrafik tickets**

Tickets

Plustur (dial-a-ride service)

If you have booked a trip with payment using Midttrafik tickets, you will only be driven if, on getting into the vehicle, you can present a valid Midttrafik ticket with min. the number of zones for which the trip has been booked.

If you have booked a trip which you intend to pay for using tickets from another public transport system, you will only be driven if you can present a valid ticket on getting into the vehicle.

Flexbus (dial-a-ride bus)

If you have booked a trip with payment using Midttrafik tickets, you will only be driven if, on getting into the vehicle, you can present a valid Midttrafik ticket with min. the number of zones for which the trip has been booked and/or the card verification code (CVC)/ticket ID/photo ID card number provided at the time of booking.
