How to book a flexbus
There are two ways to book a flexbus
You can book your trip at Rejseplanen
Booking deadline
You must book at least one hour before departure, and you can book trips up to 14 days in advance.
Book your flexbus trip on tel. +45 87 40 83 00 (+ press 2), 8:00 – 16:00 seven days a week.*
When booking, you need to state:
- The flexbus route number
- Name and phone number
- Departure stop and destination stop
- The time for your trip – if you need to be somewhere by a particular time, it is important that you let us know
- Payment – please let us know whether you use the Midttrafik app, a transit ticket, Youth card or school season ticket (you must have your card number to hand)
- The number of people and any mobility aids, extra baggage or pram/pushchair
*You can book trips online 24/7.
Booking deadline
If you need to travel between 6:00 and 8:00, you must remember to book your trip by 23:00 the previous day.
In the following, you can only choose telephone booking
- If, as a paying adult, you are travelling with one or two children under 12 years of age free of charge
- If, as a paying child, you are travelling with one child under 12 years of age
- If you have to arrive by a particular time
- If you need to travel with several mobility aids/baggage items
- If there are several of you who want to pay with different means of payment
- If you are paying with Pendler20
Cancellation
It is important that you cancel your trip if you are not going to make the journey after all. Then we won’t drive in vain for you. You must cancel your flexbus trip no less than one hour before the scheduled departure time.
If you have booked your trip via Rejseplanen, you can also cancel it via Rejseplanen. Otherwise, you can phone us and cancel your trip every day between 6:00 and 1:00 on tel. +45 87 40 83 00 (+ press 4). Remember to state the telephone number you used when booking.
If you fail to appear for your booked trip, and we have driven in vain, any other trips on the day in question will be cancelled.
Text message reminders
If you would like to receive a text message reminder 24 hours before and 15 minutes before you are picked up, you can select this option under “My profile” at rejseplanen.flextrafik.dk
If you usually book flexbus trips by phone, you can let us know that you would like a text message reminder the next time you call and book a trip.
The text message you receive 24 hours before your trip includes the collection time you received when booking. The text message you receive 15 minutes before the scheduled collection time shows the actual collection time, which may be delayed by 0-15 minutes.
Regular trips
You can book regular trips, so you are collected by flexbus on a fixed weekday at a fixed time. Regular trips can be booked up until when the timetable changes at the end of June.
